🛒 Ingredients

  • 🥩 1½ lbs pork tenderloin (trimmed)
  • 🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 🍊 Zest & juice of 1 orange (or lime for sharper flavor)
  • 🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 🍯 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 🌶️ 1 tsp allspice
  • 🌿 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 🧂 1 tsp sea salt
  • 🌶️ ½ tsp black pepper
  • 🔥 ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 🌶️ ¼–½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 🍃 Fresh herbs to garnish (parsley or thyme)

  1. Marinate the pork:
    Mix garlic, citrus juice & zest, olive oil, honey, allspice, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
