Caribbean Jerk Jackfruit Wraps

🥕 Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 can young green jackfruit (20 oz), drained & shredded

  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning mix

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 small whole-wheat or corn tortillas

  • ½ mango, diced

  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped

  • ½ red bell pepper, diced

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Handful cilantro, chopped

  • Salt & pepper to taste


👩🏽‍🍳 Preparation

  1. Toss jackfruit with jerk seasoning and olive oil.

  2. Pan-fry 7–8 min until browned and aromatic.

  3. Mix mango, onion, pepper, lime, and cilantro for salsa.

  4. Warm tortillas and fill with jackfruit + salsa.
